Divoom Tivoo-2 Mini Retro Bluetooth Speaker
Choice!
I spent two weeks testing the Divoom Tivoo-2 to see if its retro design was more than just a gimmick. This compact device packs an impressive amount of functionality into a tiny frame, acting as a speaker, sleep aid, and clock all in one.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality feels surprisingly robust for a device of its size, featuring a solid construction that holds up well in a travel bag. The integrated subwoofer provides a depth to the bass that is frankly unexpected from such a small footprint, and the pixel display is sharp and responsive.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the Divoom app was straightforward, allowing me to quickly cycle through clock faces and pixel art animations. Using the white noise feature while traveling proved to be an excellent way to mask hotel room noise, and the Bluetooth connection remained stable throughout my testing.
This is perfect for travelers, students, or anyone who values a blend of vintage decor and modern, customizable tech in their workspace.
Final Thoughts
The Divoom Tivoo-2 is a standout piece of tech that manages to justify its $89.00 price tag through sheer versatility. With an overall rating of 4.75/5, it is a fun, reliable, and highly functional upgrade for anyone’s nightstand or travel kit.
